If you’re unhappy with your order, we’re happy to accept your return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of unwashed, unworn items. Please note that Shipping charges for the initial purchase are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, mistakes do happen. If you received the wrong merchandise or something was missing from your order, we’ll fix it, including the return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Refunds are issued within four weeks of return shipments.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you. Tracking information will be available when your order has shipped and you will be notified by email.
You will find your tracking number on your order page once it has shipped. Just click the “user” icon in the top right corner, sign in, and select “Orders”.
